BMH, Inc.,developers of the Open4 HRIS and Payroll system and an HR and Payroll software supplier since 1980, has completed their first users conference for their clients in the U.S. and Canada. Presented as an educational forum, Illuminations 2006 offered three days of technical and professional education for human resources professionals, as well as business coaching from several nationally recognized guest speakers.
At the standing-room only Open4 Employee Self Service (eSS) session, Susan Dillard of Neptune Technology Group, Inc. commented on the positive impact eSS had on her HR/Benefits team to underscore the value of the software. She talked about the days before her company implemented eSS: ìOur team spent the December holidays in the office working feverishly to complete benefits enrollment for our employees. Now, with eSS and the online enrollment that is part of the Open4 system, everyone gets the holidays off with their families.î
