Geoff Thomas, who started the GTF after he survived leukaemia, said: ìBen is attempting an incredibly tough challenge and will need all the spirit, strength and endurance he can muster to get through it. I am so grateful that he is raising funds for the GTF because blood cancer patients in the UK need all the help they can get. I know how hard it is to battle against cancer and he should be proud of himself for having the guts to help people with this terrible illness.î
Ben comments: ìI am very excited about the challenge and really pleased to be supporting such an incredibly worthwhile charity. I am doing everything I can to get into good shape and just want to raise as much money as I can.î
