Only Marketing Jobs to auction premium advertising space via Twitter

Only Marketing Jobs, the UK digital recruitment advertising platform, has announced that to celebrate the new website launch it plans to sell premium advertising opportunities via Twitter. This inaugural proposal has been dubed a Twauction.

The move comes as an accentuation to Only Marketing Jobsí commitment to social media and shows innovation within the digital marketing recruitment industry.

Recruiters, suppliers and direct employers are invited to participate in the online auction, where premium advertising spaces can be snapped up for relative bargains. The Twauction is designed to replicate a traditional auction, but online.

With a number of premium advertising spaces under the hammer, opening bids for each lot will start at 10.00 for seven dayís worth of unique visibility. The winning bidder for each ëlotí will be announced via Twitter after a defined period of online ëtradingí.

Advertising and branding opportunities will be available in the following Lots:

Lot 2: Main homepage banner (2)
Lot 3: Jobseeker homepage
Lot 4: Employer homepage
Lot 5: Jobs by email
Lot 6: Jobseeker registration email
Lot 7: Newsletter
Lot 8: Site partners

The Only Marketing Jobs Twauction is working to a go-live date of early September 2009, in line with the new website launch. In the meantime the company urges potential advertisers to follow them at http://twitter.com/onlymarketing, where all auction activity will occur.
