Eteach.com is celebrating the fact that 2010 saw them receive their record number of candidate registrations since the company first began back in 2000. The company’s best performance to date.
Eteach saw a 52% increase in the number of registrations compared to the year before and January 2011 has already seen a 56% increase year over year. As well as this, the company saw a 35% increase in the number of schools and colleges choosing to advertise their teaching vacancies on their websites Eteach.com and FEjobs.com since September.
There is no doubt that the dramatic increase in the number of candidates signing up to Eteach has stemmed from the launch of their Talent Pools initiative last October.
Designed to maximise school budgets, Eteach’s Talent Pools have attracted a lot of interest from thousands of schools and teachers all around the country. This unique tool enables recruiters to present their own school profiles where candidates can see and register for current or future vacancies, free advertising is included in the Eteach premium package.
If a candidate wants to work for a particular school or in a certain region, they simply join the relevant Talent Pool and schools will be able to access their CVs all year round. This means that when it does come to recruiting, rather than post a job advert and waiting for candidates to apply, schools can simply look in their Talent Pool where they should have a database of candidates who have already expressed an interest in working for them. This changes the nature of this decision process, schools now have real options and can consider existing candidates BEFORE they are forced to spend on expensive additional advertising.
With nearly 10,500 new registrations to the site already, 2011 looks set to be another record year for Eteach. To view and join School and Regional Talent Pools, sign up to www.eteach.com or www.FEjobs.com now or for more information call 0845 226 1906.
