Jerome Ternynck is the founder and CEO of MrTed Limited, the leading Talent Management Solution provider, founded in London in 1999. In the mid 90s Jerome recognized the pressing need to bring HR processes into the electronic age. He created a team to develop the MrTedTalentLinkTM solution suite, an e-recruiting and talent management platform to serve all types of organizations around the world with full local expertise and support. Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit, Jerome has nurtured the growth of MrTed which now has over 15 offices located on 5 continents, with a solution utilized by over 50,000 users across 100 countries. MrTedTalentLinkTM helps organizations of all sizes from all activity sectors to attract, hire and retain the right candidates on demand - while leveraging the most efficient work processes.

Jrme has pursued a dedicated entrepreneurial path throughout his career, primarily focusing on the HR Talent Management Industry. 15 years on and with a wealth of experience and expertise Jerome is considered as one of the pioneers of the industry in Europe, Asia and the US. In 2006 Jerome was selected to join the HRO Superstar hall of fame and was awarded the title of European HRO leader for ìbridging the east with the west in Europe.î

Prior to the foundation of MrTed, Ternynck created The People Difference Group, a recruitment consultancy firm based in Prague with more than 80 consultants across all Eastern and Central Europe. He holds a Masters degree in Business with majors in Finance and Marketing from Dauphine Business University, France.
