We are entering into a new phase in the development and adoption of online recruitment. At this conference we intend to push the boundaries once again. We have an excellent line-up of speakers, Martin Hogarth author of a recent report evaluation all the Applicant tracking solutions available in the UK, Doctor David Johnson an expert on transactional analysis applies his knowledge to the online recruitment process and our Keynote speaker, Jeff Taylor, Chief Monster Monster.com is travelling from his home in the US to attend the conference said organiser David Hurst.

The format will we hope provide a refreshing change for conference attendees, the keynote session will in part be an on stage conversation between David Hurst (who in the last 6 months has travelled to the US Canada, Australia and Turkey meeting online recruiters) and Jeff Taylor where they will discuss and explore the outlook for online recruitment and thoughts of Jeff Taylor from his experiences as the figure head of the largest online recruitment business in world.
