NorthgateArinso Reward Solutions has appointed Andrew Morris as business development director as part of the HR software and services provider’s drive to boost this vital sector of the business.
In his new role Morris will be tasked with continuing the successful growth of the division, which is one of the UK’s biggest suppliers of specialised reward software.
Morris has enjoyed a successful career in the employee benefits industry for over 20 years, working with some of the largest suppliers in the UK. He has extensive market knowledge and experience, gained via sales and business leadership roles with a series of key specialist providers.
Most recently, Morris was managing director at AEGON Benefit Solutions Ltd, focussing on corporate online benefit management.
