NonStop Recruitment has further expanded their reach in mainland Europe with the opening of a brand new office in Prague, Czech Republic. The new Prague office is the third NonStop office in Europe, the others being the European Resource Centre in Pardubice where new recruits are brought into the business and receive award winning training and the Zug office in Switzerland which serves the Swiss, German and Austrian Markets. NonStop Recruitment will also be opening a German office in Munich in a few months.
Sales Manager, Ivelina Georgieva, herself a graduate of the training programme in Pardubice had this to say. “It is remarkable that barely 6 months after we discussed the prospect of having an office here, we have it up and running. I think that serves to show that good initiative and a strong track record get quickly rewarded at NonStop”.
The plan is to grow the Prague office, bringing experienced recruitment consultants into the business, building relationships within the pharmaceutical industry of the CEE Region, and adding new vertical markets to the NonStop portfolio.
“For me personally, it has allowed me to step into a Sales Management role and develop a team, which is an incredible opportunity for me, having joined NonStop merely 2 years ago as part of their graduate training scheme. I feel like a living example on how quickly you can progress within our group” said Ivelina.
The Swiss office in Zug, which recently celebrated its first year of operation has proven to be an excellent addition to the NonStop Recruitment business, further strengthening client relationships in the DACH Region and bringing in some excellent billing figures.
