Red faced recruiters caught out in last nightís Dispatches programme, ìTo old to workî, need never worry about losing CVs again thanks to Broadbeanís new product, Talent Pod.

Channel Fourís investigative expos of recruiters discriminating against over 50s revealed that many recruitment agencies claim to have lost CVs belonging to more mature candidates.

Talent pod, developed as a bolt on product to AdCourierís V4 allows recruiters to literally create a pod of talent by converting CVs into records stored in a safe searchable database.

In addition to solving the uncomfortable problem of lost CVs, using artificial intelligence, Talent Pod has been designed to make candidate recommendations when an advert is created.

The Dispatches documentary, that revealed 60% of the workforce is being wasted, showed the full extent of age discrimination in the application process and voiced the collective frustrations of the baby boomer job seeker sick of being told they are too experienced for roles.
Kelly Robinson, Broadbean founder and experienced recruitment consultant says,

ìOur own data shows that, on average, candidate applications have climbed from nine to 15 per advert in the past year. Some consultants are receiving thousands of CVs for one single role but itís vital that none go astray.î
Using Talent Pod, recruiters, companywide, can access a pool of talent creating a resourceful recruitment process.

Developed to aid the communication between consultant and candidate, AdCourier includes a function that allows recruiters to respond to both successful and unsuccessful applicants quickly.

Robinson adds,
