Next-generation business leaders to languish at hands of Darling claims Harvey Nash

Harvey Nash today denounced Alistair Darlingís Budget for not being an ëeconomic budgetí but one of political spin

Harvey Nash chief executive, Albert Ellis, said: ìHarvey Nash, like many businesses, is left under-whelmed by the Chancellorís failure to properly address the ëbig pictureí in todayís Budget. Ellis continued: ìThe level of public borrowing is not sustainable; the massive financial burden will have a detrimental effect on cash-strapped individuals, and stifle creativity and entrepreneurialism for next-generation business leaders.

ìWe were promised a ëBudget for jobsí and what the UK needs is to generate investment and growth through a low tax and business friendly environment,î continued Ellis. ìWe have a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills in the UK that needs to be nurtured and developed for the future success of the British economy.
