An innovative new player has joined the UK and international recruitment market with the launch of Drummond Bridge, a specialist search and selection firm focused exclusively on senior supply chain and operations appointments throughout Europe.
This approach and an insistence on discipline specialism among its consultants, marks Drummond Bridge out from larger more generalist operators where supply chain and operations is just one of many competing recruitment sectors.
The company’s specialist approach is part of a plan to grow from its current base in the UK, with an initial focus on strategically important countries, including Switzerland, Germany, France, Hungary, Poland and Romania, as part of a rapid international expansion.

It follows the success of Rutherford Cross, a similarly specialist search practice with specific focus on senior finance appointments.
