New recruitment payment model gaining new ground

Online job board TipTopJob launch Pay Per Application model to clients

TipTopJob today announce the launch of their revolutionary new ëPay Per Applicationí offering which is one of the first systems to allow recruiters to post unlimited job adverts, but pay only for the applications they receive.

As one of the UKís largest online job boards, TipTopJob predicts that the new model is the future for the industry and will transform the way in which companies advertise for positions.

The ëPay Per Applicationí model, which is being offered as an alternative to purchasing traditional Job Credits, is designed to appeal to those advertisers in markets where previously the response level may have been variable.

The model can provide advertisers with a definitive rate of return on their investment by ensuring payment on an application only basis. TipTopJob clients will be able to purchase any number of ëJob Application Creditsí up-front based on their specific requirements.

ìOur clients are able to use location filters to ensure that they do not receive applications from jobseekers in countries they are not recruiting from.
