New Product Announcement:  The Launch of FreshUp

Update Corporate CV Databases with new Skills, Job Titles, Company & Location Info

Update Corporate CV Databases with new Skills, Job Titles, Company & Location Info

Companies spend more than $10 billion a year to build their CV database of potential job candidates.  These are rarely used because the data ages so quickly.  Estimates are that more than 85% of the CVs stored are out of date.  To address this, TheSocialCV.com is pleased to launch its new product, FreshUp.

The FreshUp system uses unstructured data rom more than 10 billion online records plus interactions mapped between 200 million individuals across 50 social media sites to identify data useful for recruitment to build a profile of a potential job candidate.  These are then matched up with CV records.  The company is careful to only capture data that is relevant to the recruitment process and does not for example provide age, relationship status or sexual orientation to its customers.

The company worked with world leading recruitment companies representing more than 35,000 staff in 21 countries for more than a year to help tune the algorithms.

“There are many search engines that index data found in social media,” says CEO, Howard Lee. “For the last four years, our focus has been on how to turn this unstructured data into useful info for recruitment.”

It will be available on a SaaS model with integrations via API, HRXML, or bespoke solutions that will work with all the major ATS and other CV database storage and retrieval systems.  With prices as low as 2¢ an updated CV.
