New Launch - Jobs4Everyone

Matching jobseekers with employers

Jobs4Everyone is a brand new service launched in April 2009 with the simple aim of matching jobseekers with employers. This Internet based employment service is free for jobseekers and employers alike, offering unlimited vacancy posting and candidate searching for those offering work. The website is easy to navigate, simple to use and most important of all – there is no cost incurred. Initially launched in Sheffield, there are plans in place to take the business to the national market in the very near future.

Unlike its multitude of competitors with Jobs4Everyone there is no need too upload a CV, though candidates can do so if they wish. On signing up to the service jobseekers create a unique personal profile demonstrating their previous experience, interests and personal details. Once completed recruiters can easily navigate through the candidate list to match jobseekers to roles with all the information they need right in front of them. There is also the opportunity for candidates and employers to communicate directly, cutting out the middleman, where interview questions and feedback can be exchanged.

The website has now been live for around two weeks and is already attracting some serious interest. A high number of candidates have posted their details on the site, while Blue Arrow, Hays Construction, Forde Recruitment and Travail Employment Group are already active as recruiters via the service. Along with a number of independent recruitment agents the Job Centre and the South Yorkshire Investment Fund, who are part of Yorkshire Forward, the regionís development agency, have also backed Jobs4Everyone. With such strong support the company is expected to expand rapidly to become the premium job-seeking agency in the region.

Despite the fact Jobs4Everyone is still awaiting its official launch the site is already making a name for itself amongst employers and jobseekers alike. With plans to expand the business in the North East of the country already underway the business is expected to grow rapidly and become a nation-wide service in the very near future.
