New Interim Management Service Launched Today

A new Interim Management service, specialising in providing temporary senior staff to local authorities, is launched today. Betwixt has been formed as the Interim Management division of the established local government consultancy specialists,

Nineveh Consulting. Betwixt will:

- Provide staff only to local government and closely related sectors such as the Housing Associations. We have an extensive background in this area and believe we understand the requirements of our interim clients better than others.

- Offer an all under one roof service to local authorities. With a full range of local government specialist managers and senior practitioners registered, we can find suitable candidates for most vacancies even those that others find difficult, such as Environmental Services, Planning and Change Leadership. We offer interim / recruitment packages, so that, where appropriate, we can help our clients to fill vacancies when the time is right to go back to permanent staffing.

- Improve service performance by providing the most talented and experienced of interims with strong records in managing change.

- Be more cost effective. We keep down our overheads and respond positively to competitive pressures. Many of our assignments are three days or less a week and charged prorata.

Betwixt is part of Nineveh an independent management consultancy company who have been providing services to local government since 1997. Tim Dawes, Ninevehís Managing Director said We found that we were getting more and more clients asking us to provide interim programme directors, change managers and corporate leaders. We have always specialised in local government and it was a natural step for us to move into Interim Management. Our research showed us that existing provision is fragmented and many HR directors report a highly variable quality from their existing providers.
