New Division Creates Two New Positions At Carlton

A new Accountancy & Finance division that will address the skills shortage and demand for accountancy staff is established by Carlton Resource Solutions (Carlton) in Aberdeen. Olivia Fraser and Hazel Smith spearhead the fast growing team of recruitment specialists at Carlton, now 24-strong. Both bring with them a wealth of industry experience and local market knowledge having previously worked for a local competitor.

Carltonís Director, Kevin Riley, who has led a varied career spanning banking and global headhunting says, ìOlivia and Hazel will take Carlton to new heights with our Accountancy and Finance division. Hazel Smith, who relocated from Glasgow to Aberdeen in 1995 has extensive recruitment experience within the Accountancy sector. This experience has been gained through recruiting both contract and permanent personnel over a number of years for clients in industry and professional sectors.

Olivia Fraser will jointly drive the new division with Hazel, with a background in providing outsourced management and product development before moving into recruitment.

Both Hazel and Olivia will be responsible for recruiting candidates from entry level roles to fully qualified senior appointments. Hazel forecasts, ìThe specialist knowledge Olivia and I have will enable us to address the skills shortage our clients in Aberdeen are currently experiencing.î
