NES has announced the appointment of Matt Cody, Dale Pearce and James Whittle as associate directors

James, who manages the Midlands division, has been with NES for 11 years; gaining recruitment experience in almost every discipline the company supports. He took over the Birmingham office in 2000 and has increased contract turnover by 162% since that time. Jamesí team has expanded from two to seven and now has the capacity to achieve similar levels of success within the permanent sector.

Matt, head of Marketing at the company, has been with NES for six years and is a Chartered Marketer. His recent achievements have included the development of a unique website infrastructure that was recognised as an Onrec finalist, as well as helping the Group become winner of the Best International Recruitment Firm at the Recruiter Awards for Excellence 2006. Matthew is responsible for UK bids and tenders and all UK advertising activities, branding and general strategic marketing input.

Former professional footballer, Dale, has brought teamwork, discipline and control to the business world. He is responsible for the Newcastle and Yorkshire regions, and with extensive construction, architecture and built environment recruitment experience, he and his team have more than doubled the Newcastle office turnover in just two years.

Matt, Dale and James have all been appointed as a result of the continued excellence they have demonstrated in their current positions, as well as their enthusiasm for embracing company initiatives and the development of personnel for which they are responsible for.

Says Mark Tully, managing director at NES: ìThese appointments are terrific news for our clients and candidates, as they reinforce our commitment to providing a service of an exceptional standard. In return for their acceptance of these positions, NES is fully committed to providing its new associate directors with extensive development and training, effectively investing in the future of the company and the way in which it is managed.

ìThe appointments are also an excellent illustration to both our existing workforce and to future employees, of the ongoing opportunities that are emerging within our ever-expanding business,î Mark concludes.
