NelsonHall Appoints Former Aon Executive Scott Golas as Global HR Outsourcing Director

Scott brings to NelsonHall more than 16 years of program, technology and outsourcing experience, and is responsible for developing the firmís Human Resource Outsourcing research and analysis product and service line. Most recently, he led strategy development and portfolio management for Aon Human Resource Consulting and Outsourcing.

The executive hire is the latest in a series of moves that the growing company has made in the execution of its strategy, which includes developing highly targeted solutions and delivering them through a global network of highly skilled professionals and vertical practices.

During his career, Scott has applied his experience to develop and implement a broad range of human capital solutions to support and accelerate companiesí business strategies. He was recently selected as one of HRO Today Magazineís 2004 Superstars of HR Outsourcing and Human Resource Executive Magazineís Rising Stars of HR, and was a 2000 PricewaterhouseCoopers HR Innovation Award finalist. Before joining Aon, Scott was Managing Director at Talent divine a Chicago B2E company, and was the HRM (Human Resources Management) consulting practice leader for PricewaterhouseCoopersí West Region.

Scott earned an MS in organizational development from Loyola University of Chicago, and a BS in manufacturing engineering and technology from Purdue University. He is a frequent guest speaker and lecturer on human capital-related issues.
