National Housing Federation moves recruitment online

The National Housing Federation leads the way in housing sector recruitment with the launch of a new careers site on 10 June. The GlobalSuccessor technology upon which the site is based was developed by i-GRasp. The Guardian Jobs is providing on and offline channels to drive relevant candidates to the site.



It will enable all those who apply for vacancies at the National Housing Federation to complete applications online, create personal accounts, and monitor the progress of their applications. The implementation of a leading e-recruitment system is part of a wider programme to drive excellence in recruitment within the sector.

Applicants are directed to a hosted careers site with bespoke content that has been tailored to meet the needs of potential employees.

GlobalSuccessor also provides a dynamic interface, allowing recruiters at the Federation to post jobs on the Guardian Jobs site; immensely broadening the candidate pool in just one click.
