The recent recruitment of Jamie Davies as Country Manager for the UK & Ireland is being further complimented by the appointment of 4 new team members. With 15 years experience in the HR industry Jamie Davies is spearheading this continued growth and success of MrTed in the UK and Ireland.

Jon Holden takes on the position of RPO practice lead for MrTed bringing with him over 10 years proven experience in the recruitment industry. Jonís extensive knowledge and understanding of the HR and Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) industry will be invaluable in his new position where he will support both RPO providers and their clients to achieve significant savings and efficiency gains using MrTedTalentLinkTMí solution suite. Jonís exceptional drive and vision will lead the continued success MrTed have had in this area.

Matt Jessop joins MrTed in the position of RPO Service Manager, as the former Head of Product Development for an e-recruitment company Matt has 14 years of rich and diverse expertise in developing solutions for this market including front and back office configuration and development. Mattís experience will be invaluable in developing MrTedTalentLinkTM where he will focus specifically on itís capabilities in relation to Contingent Staffing and Recruitment Process Outsourcing.

Amy Brown takes on the role of Business Consultant in MrTedís Professional Services department. Amy has spent a number of years in the marketplace working as a recruiter and brings extensive practical working knowledge of recruitment processes, procedures and best practices. Amy will focus on bringing clients our quality solution by deploying MrTedTalentLinkTM, as well as providing support and advice on how to achieve Total Resourcing Efficiency.

Proven track record...
Victoria Fernandez is the newest addition to the team and will work as a Business Developer. Victoria has a proven track record and considerable experience having worked for a number of years in the e-recruitment market. She has created and helped develop solutions for some of the largest employers in the UK. In her role at MrTed Victoria will focus on developing new relationships within medium to large companies and add to growing number of new clients who have selected the MrTedTalentLinkTM suite.
