MrTed continues expansion at a high speed and opens office in Beijing

.

Since 1999, MrTed Ltd has provided global corporations with professional services and cutting edge technology dedicated to recruitment and mobility. MrTedTalentLink TM is now the Talent Management Solution of choice for international companies searching for global consistency whilst respecting local requirements.

Operating in China since 2001 provided MrTed with a strong vantage point with which to view Chinaís rapid growth and the steady increase in the importance of its economy.
While ensuring MrTedTalentLink TM was successfully delivered to customers local offices in China, experts at MrTed quickly realized that effective resourcing and Talent Management practices were about to develop even faster in China, due to fast market growth, skills shortage, and high employee turnover. This observation led to a logical and a strategic choice for MrTed: to rapidly expand presence there, thus ensuring a better local service for its global customers, while seizing the impressive opportunities offered by the Chinese economy.

ìWe strongly believe our solutions can make the difference for Chinese Companies and multinationals operating in China to enhance their strategic ability to recruit, deploy and retain the right people,î states Jrme Ternynck, MrTed Ltd CEO.

In 2004, MrTed began researching potential partners who could support a swift development of TalentLink in Asia. Scanning the market for the right choice, MrTed executives encountered Career International, a very successful and well established Chinese Recruitment consultancy firm with 6 locations and more than 120 employees.

RPO Technology, a Career International Company, was willing to partner with a leading Talent Management application at that time. ìThis was the ideal investment opportunityî, states Jrme Ternynck, îpeople at Career International are extremely talented HR specialists and are willing to support the development of Talent Management Solutions on their market.î

ìThis alliance is a unique opportunity to deliver more value to our customers and help them become more effective recruiters ì says Wallace Gao, CEO and co-founder of Career
International. ìUnlike some other recruitment consultancies, we never viewed technology as a threat to our business but as a great asset for our development.î

The two companies are eager to combine their expertise, leveraging on MrTedís leading Technology and on Career International knowledge of Chinese market and regulations.
MrTed China will operate as an independent business unit within the Career International Group.
