In the six months since acquiring the global MRINetwork franchise rights (excluding those in the US and Japan), MRINetwork Worldwide has made substantial investments in the best talent available to ensure long-term, sustained growth.
To further assist with this plan, it has been announced that the CEO of the MRIWorldwide Network Ltd, Michael Jalbert, has been appointed President and CEO of Management Recruiters International Inc and will be succeeded by Steve Mills, currently the Chief Operating Officer.
Steve Mills said, ìThe appointment of Michael is great for all MRINetwork franchise owners, both in the US and Internationally. It will allow us to further leverage the strength of the US business as we build and expand both our current business and emerging markets. I am proud to have been offered the position of CEO and look forward to building on the substantial investments we have made this year. I expect 2007 to be a record year for our Network.î
Having recently held Network Member Meetings for its franchisees in London, Frankfurt, Paris, Kuala Lumpur and Mexico City, MRINetwork Worldwide (MRINWW) will be focussing on encouraging new and existing members to open operations in new markets and vertical sectors.
In the UK, recent investments have doubled staff numbers, from 11 to 25, at their Windsor operations centre. These new employees have the ability to conduct business in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Romanian, Hindi and Punjabi, reflecting MRIís global reach and capability.
The importance on continued growth has been aided by the recent launch of an In-House Recruiter Service headed-up by Clare Buxton. Clare has been tasked with helping franchisees grow their businesses by proactively searching for top talent throughout the UK, Europe and South America.
Steve Mills, went on to say ìWe continue to capitalise on the booming international market in order to increase the quantity and quality of our staff which will be essential to achieving deeper penetration of these markets. We are confident that the strategy we have put in place, along with the help of our Network Members, will ensure we reach our goal of continuing to provide the highest quality, global service to our clients.ì
He continued ìJuly 2006 saw the highest best network performance for the past 5 years, with a particularly strong performance from our Asian offices, in particular in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur and Seoul. In Europe, offices in Madrid, Ternat (Belgium), Reinanch (Switzerland) and Porsgrunn (Norway) all had excellent performances ñ reflecting the increasing globalisation our business.î This trend looks likely to continue with announcements expected in the coming weeks regarding expansion into India and Canada, with further growth and development planned for Mexico and Australia.
MRINWW will be exhibiting at the National Franchise Exhibition at the NEC, Birmingham in this week (6th and 7th October). This will be an important showcase of its expansion strategy, as it looks to develop new vertical markets in the UK. ìThe combination of Executive Search and Franchising is a wonderful fitî Mills comments. ìWe have experts in niche markets who want to build successful businesses using our unrivalled and proven methodology, along with the back-up and support necessary to run a great search business. We see a significant opportunity to grow our operations in the UK and this exhibition is always a rich source of high quality prospects.î
Mills will unveil MRINWWís strategy for 2007 at its annual conference for Network Members in Portugal this month. It will include the launch of Contract Recruitment and the introduction of Advertised Selection. External speakers at the Conference include Nancy Garrison Jenn, widely regarded as a leading global authority on Executive Search, and Charles Ruffello, simply know as Ruf- The Networking King!
