With pressures on all of the public sector including housing to reduce costs; Procurement for Housing’s (PfH) Agency Labour Agreement is a much needed strategic framework that enables the housing sector to make huge savings on their recruitment purchasing and greater transparency of their costs.

PfH is driving efficiency and improving procurement practice for more than 700 social housing providers throughout the UK. Managing the purchasing and supply of over £1.5 million goods and services every day, the consortium has already created savings of over £25 million.

Jon Glover, associate director, Morgan Hunt, comments “We are delighted to have been appointed an approved supplier to the PfH Agency Labour Agreement frameworks. We anticipate the framework playing an increasingly important role in the sector this year, helping our housing clients improve efficiencies and make substantial cost savings. In conjunction with this we want to offer clients additional initiatives to help make further improvements and savings. Our managed service product has been designed specifically with this sector in mind and allows complete cost transparency and real time management information through our online recruitment tool.”

The agreement will also provide enhanced invoicing and management information, allowing members to see all aspects of recruitment expenditure.
