The program’s cornerstone product, Reserved Job Postings, allows managers to advertise their local-level service and sales positions by selecting a job title from a pre-created library of customized titles and descriptions, enabling them to post jobs instantly and proactively build an applicant pipeline.

Monster National Account Suite allows local managers to utilize pre-created job titles and descriptions developed with the guidance of the location’s corporate office and post them from within their Monster.com account or by contacting a dedicated Monster service team at any time. As recruitment is typically projected to account for only 10 percent of a location manager’s job, ready-to-go job postings free up time that can be refocused on other operational activities. In addition, because dispersed locations may have different cultures or unique needs, these pre-selected postings are customizable while providing consistent, unified branding elements. These positions can also be automatically posted to FastWeb, Monster’s site for high-school and university students seeking part-time work.

Monster National Account Suite also features three industry-specific products designed to meet the needs of select small and medium size businesses that face similar issues maintaining a robust talent pipeline. They include automotive dealerships, mortgage companies and real estate offices.
