The jointly-developed solution allows customers to streamline the hiring process by consolidating candidate sourcing and applicant management, resulting in increased recruiter effectiveness and improved tracking capabilities

* More Career Site Traffic ñ When a job seeker applies for a job posted on Monster from SmartSearch Online, the candidate is re-directed to the customer’s career center on their corporate web-site.

* Reduced Data Entry ñ Recruiters searching the 48 million resumes in Monster’s database can forward candidate resumes directly to SmartSearch Online. Candidate information is automatically loaded into their SmartSearch Online database, eliminating the need for data entry.
