Monster and Advanced Personnel Systems announced the release of the first fully-integrated hiring solution as part of Monster’s HR Alliance Program

Monster, the global online careers property, and Advanced Personnel Systems, Inc. (APS), a company in talent management solutions, announced the release of the first fully-integrated hiring solution as part of Monster’s HR Alliance Program. The jointly-developed solution allows customers to streamline the hiring process by consolidating candidate sourcing and applicant management, resulting in increased recruiter effectiveness and improved tracking capabilities

Incorporating SmartSearch Online, APS’ flagship applicant tracking system, the Monster integration offers recruiters and candidates the following benefits:

* Real Time Posting ñ Customers can post jobs from SmartSearch Online to Monster more efficiently than ever before. Job postings are now uploaded faster than ever to Monster making them available to job seekers almost instantaneously.

* More Career Site Traffic ñ When a job seeker applies for a job posted on Monster from SmartSearch Online, the candidate is re-directed to the customer’s career center on their corporate web-site.

* Reduced Data Entry ñ Recruiters searching the 48 million resumes in Monster’s database can forward candidate resumes directly to SmartSearch Online. Candidate information is automatically loaded into their SmartSearch Online database, eliminating the need for data entry.
