The audit pertains to internal controls MindSolve has in place to protect information technologies, data storage and management, and other related processes and procedures.

MindSolve handles substantial amounts of confidential data for its clients and provides hosting of its on-demand, web-based employee performance management solution MindSolve Visual Profiler (MVP). MindSolve is committed to ensuring that these activities are carried out effectively with total commitment to security and confidentiality.

The Statement on Auditing Standards (SAS) 70, for Service Organizations, is an international auditing standard developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). SAS 70 provides an authoritative guidance that allows service organizations to disclose information control activities and processes to clients and clients’ auditors through a uniform reporting format. A SAS 70 examination demonstrates that a service organization has had control objectives and activities examined by a competent, independent accounting and auditing firm.
