FSS and Crone Corkill, have been awarded a prestigious two star rating as acknowledgement of their dedication to provide outstanding working conditions and innovative personal development programmes.
The two star recognition has been awarded based upon FSS and Crone Corkillís high score cards on questions measuring the values and engagement of their staff. Answers to the questions revealed the brands employees have confidence in their colleagues (81 per cent), are eager about the direction of the company and its future vision (80 per cent), and achieved a top 10 score with 87 per cent of employees stating their team was fun to work with. In addition to a sustained programme of training and career development, FSS and Crone Corkill have developed a communications strategy that helps employees feel valued, informed and consulted on matters which affect them at work and supports the organisationís change effort.
