Meta4 solutions handle HR in 82 countries

Madrid - Meta4, a multinational company specialized in Human and Intellectual Capital Management (HICM) solutions, has announced that its solutions are now being used in 82 countries, 42 more than last year, thanks to the latest agreements with companies based in different countries.

This is the result of having reached new agreements to implement its services and solutions, and the international growth of some of the companyís most important clients, who now operate in a larger number of countries. Thus, the international presence of Meta4 solutions has doubled, highlighting the soundness of its activity and the exponential growth of the demand for human and intellectual capital management (HICM) solutions.

Meta4 has signed agreements with companies as important as Axalto (35 countries), Central American Airlines TACA, the Norwegian maritime transport group Wilh. Wilhelmsen, and one of the most important stockbrokers in the Caribbean region, Caribbean Money Market Brokers (CMMB).

The Norwegian group Wilh. Wilhelmsen, one of the main providers of maritime transport in the world, has chosen Meta4 PeopleNet to coordinate its complex HR structure, with more than 13,500 employees in 72 countries.

Thanks to the solution provided by Meta4, Wilh. Wilhelmsen will be able to carry out its advanced HR project, which covers from organizational and staff management to selection, planning and talent management. Such processes are of the utmost importance within the company. The Norwegian multinational company will implement Meta4 PeopleNet in more than 30 countries, such as the Netherlands, China, Panama, Brazil, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, Australia, United States, Canada, among many others.
