Mary Berney comes to ACI with over 20 years in the behavioral health industry serving start-up to Fortune 500 companies including leading hardware and software companies, manufacturing, major hospital systems, and leading universities. She is a published author, who built her own relationship consulting business, authored Attracting the Right Person into Your Life, The Real Truth, and co-authored The Power of Leadership in Business Networking. As a motivational speaker, Ms. Berney has delivered hundreds of workshops and seminars to individuals, teams, and organizations with a focus on enhancing personal and workplace performance and effectiveness. She is an active member of Employee Assistance Professionals Association, American Society for Training and Development, a Certified Life and Relationship Coach, and earned a Master‚s in Social Work from the University of Missouri.
