Lucas Group, today announced its 35th year of business in the executive search industry. Celebrating 35 years with sound success and rapid company expansion, Lucas Group marks several company milestones this year. 
Lucas Group opened its doors 35 years ago as a military transitioning firm and has since evolved into an extensive executive search firm with offices in 16 locations across the globe. The firm now conducts executive search for numerous industries, including accounting and finance, legal, military transition, technology, advertising/marketing/consumer products and more.
Lucas Group has experienced tremendous company growth in the past year. Revenues are up 57 percent compared with last year, and all areas are rapidly expanding. The companyís Accounting and Finance search team alone has seen a 96 percent revenue increase.
Additionally, in 2005, Lucas Group has expanded offices worldwide and now holds the most number of employees in company history. The firm launched an international office in Berlin, Germany and opened an office in Las Vegas. Lucas Group also expanded offices in Chicago and acquired The Williamson Group, a legal search firm in Washington D.C. and Baltimore.
