Leading Healthcare Provider Selects TEDS

TEDS, Inc., originator of the fully integrated enterprise-wide Talent Management solution, announced today that Mountain States Health Alliance, headquartered in Johnson City, Tennessee., has selected TEDS as its new Talent Management system. Implementation is already under way.

Mountain States Health Alliance provides comprehensive health care to people in 29 counties in Tennessee, Virginia, Kentucky and North Carolina through its network of 14 hospitals, 21 primary/preventive care centers and 13 outpatient care centers. Mountain States is nationally recognized as a leader in healthcare technology and was recently honored as one of the Top 100 Most Wired healthcare systems in the United States. The system's Johnson City Medical Center is the 67th largest heart hospital in the nation by volume.

Mountain States will use the TEDS Learning Management System Learning on DemandT module to distribute and manage Team Member training and education. The TEDS RTC PowerT (Roles, Tasks and Competencies) module will be implemented to manage the healthcare system's Team Member competencies. These powerful software modules will assist Mountain States in recruiting, developing and managing talent while monitoring and maximizing performance throughout its entire system.

TEDS Learning on Demand and TEDS RTC Power are modules within the software firm's total Talent Management system. By implementing these two modules, Mountain States has established the foundation for full Talent Management. The entire system can be easily implemented in stages because the TEDS system is fully integrated and all modules communicate with each other through a single, common database.
