Recruiternet Europe Ltd, the home of Projectix software, has appointed Felix Stroud-Allen as Head of Sales for UK and Europe. Felix Stroud-Allen will be responsible for all sales functions throughout these regions. 
Stroud-Allen heads up the sales team with a strong recruitment and technology background. He has recently moved from Monster.co.uk, where he was the South West Business Development Manager. Prior to this Stroud-Allen was based in Australia working with Sapphire Technologies and Australiaís leading applicant tracking software provider, RecruitASP, where he specialised in product development and sales.
Stroud-Allen comments ìThis is an exciting time for Projectix, we have conducted detailed research into the UK HR marketplace and found that there is a real need for proper applicant tracking in the UK. Over half the companies we researched do not track their cost per hire and some of these donít even know the source of the applicant. In addition to Stroud-Allenís appointment, Projectix has also recruited Nicholas Utley as Account Manager for the UK and Europe. Nick has over five years experience in the information technology arena specialising in technical sales, and account management.
He started his career as a qualified hardware technician and developed into higher-level sales management, cultivating a range of skills from product analysis and development, to sourcing routes to market, and client relationship building.
Utleyís previous experience includes a project manager role at United Systems and communications and account management for European Software Developers.
As an Account Manager at Projectix Nick is able to draw on his broad experience to support, maintain and develop client accounts.
