Miss Watts said: “I am very sales focussed and a highly driven person and am eager to help clients in any way I can. Through my experience I have developed excellent customer service and listening skills which will be a great benefit to my new customer relations role.”

Empire Managing Director, Steve Cook, said: “Maintaining client relations is paramount in business and as many companies in our sector reduce the number of account managers, Empire is bucking the trend.
