Kephanie Landess Joins Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions as Vice President of Sales for Americas

Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions, a leading global HR and payroll software and services business delivering expert solutions to clients in more than 160 countries, today announced that HRO expert Kephanie Landess has joined the company as Vice President of Sales, Americas. In this capacity, she will be responsible for driving Patersonsí direct sales activity throughout the Americas.

Landess comes to Patersons HR and Payroll Solutions from Ceridian, where she held several positions during her nine-year career with the company. Most recently, she was vice president, Human Resource Outsourcing Solutions, where she managed 11 solution consultants and exceeded her 2007 quota by 48 percent. Earlier in her career at Ceridian, she held positions as HRO Lead Solution Consultant, Systems Consultant and Implementation Consultant.

Her other professional experience includes roles as an Implementation Consultant at Infinium Software and as the Retail Payroll Manager at Clayton Homes, Inc. where she managed a 29-state payroll in the mid-ë90s. She earned a Bachelor in Business Administration in finance from the University of Tennessee and will be located in Patersonsí Raleigh, N.C. offices.
