Kenexa Europe Welcomes New Specialists for Growing International Programmes

Kenexa Europe announced the addition of two new specialists to support continued growth in international markets

Kenexa Europe, a division of Kenexa, a provider of talent acquisition and retention solutions, today announced the addition of two new specialists to support continued growth in international markets. Charlotte Errington joins Kenexa as managing consultant and Richard MacKinnon joins as international survey project manager.

Kenexaís CEO Rudy Karsan welcomed the new additions to the European team. He commented, More European and international organisations are turning to Kenexa for world-class solutions that help companies acquire and retain a more productive workforce. It is critical for every company to focus on its talent; Charlotte and Richard are strong additions to our European team. They will be instrumental in providing our clients with superior solutions and services.

Charlotte, an inventive assessment designer and inspiring teacher joins Kenexa from SHL. She designs and validates recruitment tests and processes for leading companies. Charlotte is also expert in statistical analysis, designing assessment and development centres. She has led Level A and B training in psychological testing as well as training clients in behavioural competency analysis. She also held a position with Advanced Personnel Technology as a 360-assessment researcher and trainer. Her principal degree is in maths and management science from the University of Manchester Institute of Science and Technology.

Richard an organisational researcher and consultant, has worked most recently with the Police Federation of England and Wales researching work/life balance and job-related stress Previously a principal consultant with Royal Mail Groupís internal research group, Richard conducted qualitative and quantitative research into organisational culture, implementing several change and training initiatives

He has an M.Sc. in occupational psychology from Goldsmiths College, University of London and is part of the British Psychological Societyís Practitioners in Training group. He will maintain close links with the Psychology Departments of two London Universities
