Kenexa Announces the Integration of its Assessment Tools with Kenexa Recruiter BrassRingT

Kenexa, a provider of talent recruitment and retention solutions, today announced the integration of Kenexa Prove It! skills assessments and Kenexa SelectorT behavioural assessments with Kenexa Recruiter BrassRingT. By integrating assessments directly into applicant tracking workflows, Kenexa helps companies improve the identification and selection of the best candidates for each position, without the added overhead of maintaining separate systems.

Automated assessments help to streamline the candidate experience, they provide hiring managers with the most qualified candidates up front and mitigates risk by standardising the selection process, said president and chief operating officer of Kenexa, Troy Kanter.

This integration enables Kenexa clients to administer tests proctored directly from the Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing interface or unsupervised via the Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing candidate-facing Talent Gateways. Assessment invitations can also be sent to candidates via Kenexa Recruiter BrassRing's proprietary eLink technology, enabling candidates to move directly from their e-mail application into the assessment. To support their employment brand, Kenexa clients retain full control over the branding and messaging associated with all delivery aspects of the assessments. Scores and report links become part of the candidate's comprehensive talent record, aggregating all of the candidate profile information in one system.
