Jones joins the board at SFL

Emma Jones has been promoted to client services director at leadership and change management consultancy, SFL.

Having been with the company for three years and a notable shareholder, Emma has successfully delivered transformation projects across the public and private sector, working with clients such as Shop Direct Group, The Fire and Rescue Services, Social Housing and Lloyds TSB Wealth Management.

She joins the board at SFL - a consultancy whose expertise is vital for organisations in need of a strong performance management and leadership culture in order to steer through current financial uncertainty.
