JobServe today announced a number of new appointments to its Global sales team as part of its rapid growth plan to service its customers with global requirements.
Teams to service global customers have been set up in each region, headed by experienced sales executives. This move reflects JobServeís continued drive to establish itself as a leading Job Board provider internationally and part of the company's strategy to capitalise on the strong demand for quality recruitment solutions around the world.
Returning from Atlanta where she was visiting major global accounts based in the USA, Wendy Cowell, JobServeís Global Online Sales & Business Development manager said ìOur Global customers demand a service that is consistent across their international operations and can be controlled both at the local and Head Office levels. We are seeing more and more often the Head Offices of large recruiters measuring the ROI on their spend with Job Boards, and demanding consistent performance statistics on each office to compare their various branchesí performance.î
ìThe Head Offices of these major Global accounts want to know whatís going on in each market and expect us to keep them informed.î
ìOur aim is to have a presence in every market in which our major customers operate and we will be rolling out more local job boards to meet our customersí needsî Wendy added.
The European team headed up by Tom Williams has recently recruited Elmar Enders, a German national, to help our expansion in mainland Europe.
In the USA, Lori Walker; in Canada, Nicole Anderson, and in Asia, Myles Clark all have responsibility for the Global customers in their regions.
In addition, Dorota Dopierala will shortly be joining the Australasia team.
ìFurther to this ëon the groundí support, we have recently restructured our product portfolio to reflect the different requirements in each market – following the adage – think global – act localî, Cowell concluded.
