What is it? And how does it work?

The Video CV Sender (www.videocvsender.com) allows a candidate to record a 2 minute Video that can be copied and pasted onto the CV sent to the end client. This allows your clients to learn more about a candidate and shorten the interview process.

A candidate can record a Video at home or in the recruitersí office. They only need a recording device compatible with their PC.

The www.VideoCVSender.com is fully customisable, so when the client watches a Video, they see the recruitment companyís branding. We also give you;

ï Unique Hyperlinks; Rather than create 1 Video hyperlink that you copy and paste onto a CV, we allow you to create (and name) several hyperlinks for each video. This way you will know which of your clients has viewed your Videos and how many times they have viewed it.

ï Informing you when your client views the Video CV; We will email you when the client watches a candidates Video CV for the first time. This way, you can call the client at the most appropriate time to arrange an interview.

ï Several Videos; We allow a candidate to record and upload several different Videos, this ensures the recipient can hear the candidate talk about the skills / subjects relevant to their role.

ï Customisation; Allowing a recruiter to change the colours of the Video CV Sender website to match their own corporate colours ensures a smooth transition from the CV, to the website. When a potential employer watches a Video, they are taken to a web page that is branded with your company logo only and has all of the recruiters contact information (phone number & email)

ï Candidate Control; Discrimination is a huge concern within the Video CV world (and rightly so) so we've taken advice and given the candidates full control over all of their Video's. So if a candidate wants to change /edit or delete a Video at any time, they can and those changes will come into effect immediately. This way, a candidate has the confidence that if they decide they don't want a video to be viewed, it won't be.

What about discrimination?

We take discrimination very seriously. Video CV's are legal and do not aid in discrimination. In fact we have found that they break down barriers, rather than create them. We have developed this service with the candidates and your rights in mind at all stages. A candidate has full control of their Video at all times. If they want to remove, edit or delete their Video, they can and as soon as they do so, no one will be able to view their old video.
