ìAs a customer focused organisation, we are strongly committed to helping our customers carry out effective talent management and always go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy, so weíre delighted to have been shortlisted for this award,î commented Patrice Barbedette, founder of Jobpartners. ìThis year has been a fantastic year of achievements and to be shortlisted for a Growing Business Award is the real icing on the cake.î

Described by Gordon Brown as the ëpremier showcase of enterprise in the UKí, the Growing Business Awards are now in their eighth year and open to all independently-owned UK companies with fewer than 500 employees. They attract hundreds of entrants each year and have become a spotlight for recognising entrepreneurial talent in the UK.

In order to be shortlisted for the Customer Excellence Award companies must show a true understanding of its customers and real innovation in the way they manage customer relationships. There must also be a notable improvement in key performance indicators, for example sales growth and profitability levels, as well as customer satisfaction scores.

That is why the Growing Business Awards are so important. They celebrate the success of the best in British business and, as the success stories of today, will inevitably inspire the entrepreneurs of tomorrow, commented Richard Lambert, CBI Director-General.
