Joblink Systems, the software supplier of www.jobjet.de, has launched in the UK in a bid to become the number one provider of employment support systems to stakeholders and jobseekers in the British labour market.

Joblink will target all public and private organisations who are involved in the placement of jobseekers or vocational training, aiming to link them together through a decentralised job portal network powered by cutting edge, high-value recruitment, placement and job search consulting software.

The software, which has been developed over the last six years in Germany by partner company, PKO Internet Services, already powers one of Germanyís most popular job sites, www.jobjet.de with over 150,000 active jobseeker profiles and 1,000,000 jobs in both Germany and the UK.

The Joblink network will offer the highest quantity of unique job ads in the UK and will enable jobseekers to find suitable employment. It will also provide active support for training providers, coaches, teachers and consultants who are involved in the job finding process.

The software uses a highly accurate ñ and to date unrivalled ñ search and matching system which imports and automatically categorises job ads displayed on existing recruitment and company websites in the UK into over 1,300 professions. Factors such as location and management level are also detected and categorised.

Unlike other providers on the UK market, Joblink is also an innovative web 2.0 application as well as an information management tool, allowing users full operational control and the ability to customise the interface according to their own branding specifications. The system has also been designed to be able to function in any multi-language form, such as English and Urdu or Punjabi.

Jobseekers and employers alike are supported throughout the placement or job finding process by Joblinkís highly efficient workflow system which allows communication via interactive applications such as SMS, allowing accurate tracking of placement success.

Joblink Systems has been launched in the UK by German-born entrepreneur Melanie Beaven who also launched PKO Internet Service and Carl Hopkins, former chairman of Leeds-based marketing agency JDA.

Commenting on the system Melanie says: ìAfter having successfully launched the software into the German labour market, Iím excited to be bringing this innovative employment support system into the UK. To date, no comprehensive system exists, which links together all stakeholders of the British labour market that provides such high-value support for their existing job search, recruitment and placement workflows. Compared with existing technologies, Joblinkís matching ability, supporting workflows and also quantity of job ads is unique.î

Carl, director of Joblink Systems, added: ìHaving employed people throughout my entire career, I immediately recognised the potential in investing in this online business. Joblink reduces inefficiencies on both sides of the placement process, not only saving time but also costs of unemployment and unproductiveness.î
