They are probably going to have difficulty with the name but JobEMS is set to cause a bit of a scene in Chinaís hiring market.
JobEMSís offering starts when candidates register with their website. The site parses the jobs from the main China hiring sites and allows registered users to see all these jobs together on the JobEMS site. So far so good but there is nothing new in this.
What is different is that when the candidate sees a job he likes, he makes his application and a blog is setup for this transaction. This blog is the mediation point with the employer. You could call it an íApplication Blogí.
Itís exclusively for the purpose of applying to a job and the structure can be used repeatedly for any job on any of the main hiring portals in China. So long as you do it through JobEMS of course.
No emails. No multiple registrations. All in one place hiring.
This is why they use EMS in the title. (EMS is the China equivalent of Federal Express.). Their offering is íExpress service to your chosen employer. No mess, no fuss, no waste.í
Only a short time ago I was touting Zhaopin, ChinaHR and 51Job as the leaders in the online recruitment market in China.
Now I am not so sure they can maintain their lead with competitors like this nipping at their heels.
