Laurie Dobson, ISV MD is so enthusiastic about the CallSkills product he has sanctioned large investment expenditure to develop the International Call Centre Skills Passport (ICCSP) which now has the endorsement of the Commonwealth Telecoms Organisation (CTO) and which is currently the subject of UK Level 2 award procedures.ICCSP is an internationally recognised standard for call centre agents and so far has three distinct parts namely a) Hard skills using the ISV Callskills product, b) Soft skills using Agenti from Intuaition in Ireland, and c) Management skills using the Business Success series of training from IPR Publishing (a division of ISV).
