Irish Recruitment Trainer and Entrepreneur Eoin Brawn is coming to Australia to work with Recruitment Agencies from April to May 2009. He has been approached by a number of Agencies in Sydney Melbourne and Brisbane to conduct his result driven In-house Training Courses. This is Eoin's second time to work with Agencies in Australia but his first time to be working in-house with the recruiters at their desks. He has a passion for In-house training as he believes it gets better results and helps the agency focus on their specific needs. Eoin's courses are aimed at everybody from Rookies to Recruitment Owners and Senior Managers. He covers all relevant topics from successful search skills and business development to the client account management skills that you need to survive in this new market.

Eoin has been currently working with Recruitment Agencies in Europe and the USA, focusing on business development strategies dealing with the Global Downturn. He is looking forward to his trip to Australia as he believes there is something to learn from every market.
