Abraxas, today announced it has extended its existing contract with iProfile until the end of 2011. Abraxas will continue to use the award winning candidate search and sourcing technology , iPlace, which significantly reduces the time it takes recruiters to find a suitable candidate. Instead of having to review hundreds of CVs on the recruiters database, iPlace will highlight only the most relevant candidates.
Designed by recruiters for recruiters, iPlace brings together HotLists, database searching and job response handling in one tool to locate the right candidates and save wasted time moving between different systems
As part of the contract extension, Abraxas will upgrade its iPlace search technology, which is expected to make searching for candidate information up to 150% faster. As part of the upgrade, Abraxas will also increase the number of CVs it can process through iPlace from 20,000 per month to 25,000 per month. This means more candidates applying for jobs can replace their traditional CV with a free iProfile - a securely hosted record of achievements that can be dynamically connected to recruiters. These additions will be fully supported by iProfile's training programme to ensure Abraxas achieves the highest possible return on investment.
Godfrey Morrell, MD, Abraxas commented: iProfile has become a strategic part of our business because it allows us to stay ahead of the competition by searching and placing candidates more quickly. We pride ourselves on our first-class customer interaction and with the help of iProfile, we have built better relationships with our candidates who were impressed by the speed at which they found a job and by the quality of feedback they received.
Rick Bacon, CEO, iProfile, added: We're delighted to have Abraxas extend their relationship with iProfile, and it demonstrates just how important our software is to agencies at the cutting edge of recruitment. We look forward to working with Abraxas for many years to come.
