UBM Built Environmentís latest recruitment venture has found a way to align the unpredictability of the current recruitment market with the fervour of built environment job-seekers, using a truly innovative platform.

BuildingFreelance.com launched in May and offers a unique recruitment marketplace for employers and freelancers in the construction market. BDFreelance.co.uk, PropertyWeekFreelance.com and BSDFreelance.com have also just launched in their respective markets for architecture, property and building services.

The aim of the sites is to drive down the cost of hiring freelancers and offer contract and temporary staff a place to showcase their profile/CV for free.

Although all four sites are targeting temporary and contract workers and employers in the built environment, the reach and appeal of the websites is much broader as they serve all disciplines including sales, admin, finance, IT, media and healthcare. These new recruitment sites have over 50,000 registered freelancers already.
