Seattle, WA - The Domain Roundtable conference, featuring experts in the Internet domain naming industry, will be May 25th through the 27th in Seattle. The conference is open to everyone who is interested in this important field. The net proceeds from the meeting will be donated to Tsunami relief efforts.
A highlight of the conference will be a CEO Roundtable with the chief executives of the four top domain registrar companies, whose combined registrations account for close to half of all registrations. This first-ever event will provide conference attendees an unprecedented opportunity to hear and learn from industry leaders.
Panel discussions will feature industry expert attorneys talking about intellectual property, domain disputes and related issues. Other conference topics will include I-names, domain traffic analysis, Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution (UDRP) issues, ICANN, domain sponsorships, markets and management, search engines and metrics, managing large domain portfolios and other legal and business issues.
The conference has been designed to appeal to anyone interested in domain names, including search engine insiders, domain industry insiders including ICANN credited registries, registrars, resellers; intellectual property interests such as large corporations, trademark and IP attorneys; and domain entrepreneurs including affiliate revenue, online advertising, domain search engine optimizers, auctioneers, domain aftermarket and large portfolio holders.
The Domain Roundtable will be held at the downtown Seattle Sheraton Hotel, a world-class conference facility. There will be special keynotes and local networking events during the conference for interested parties, in addition to domain name industry conference sessions.
