Moira Ballantine has been appointed as the firmís first Business Development Manager to expand the agencyís in-house marketing recruitment proposition in Warwickshire and identify new strategic markets for the company.
Moria has more than 20 yearsí experience of sales management at leading companies, including Argos and Newmans where she was both Sales Director and Sales Manager.

Aimee joins Big fish from Stopgap, a London-based company specialising in marketing communications recruitment, where she was responsible for leading and growing the permanent and contract recruitment division over a number of years.
Aimee has successfully recruited for a number of leading FMCG and leisure brands including Thistle, Hilton Hotels, Alton Towers, Virgin Trains, Coca-Cola and Expedia.com, and has a wealth of experience in marketing and brand management, with a particular emphasis on health and beauty.
