Frasia Wright Associates (FWA) are the first company in all of Scotland to be successfully reviewed against the revised Investors in People Standard! This is great news for the Ayrshire based legal recruitment consultancy, which is coincidentally celebrating its 10th year of business this year.

The Investors in People Standard was revised to keep up with the changing needs of people within businesses and now focuses more on the management and learning culture within companies, to help them become more efficient and competitive.
