iCIMS Enhances Customer Education Program

Software-as-a-Service Provider Completes Webinar Series Addressing EEOC Regulation Changes

iCIMS, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider, today announced the conclusion of its two-day Customer Webinar series focusing on the impact of revised data categories within the EEOCís Employer Information Report (EEO-1). The Webinar series was co-hosted by Ron Adler, president of Laurdan Associates and co-developer of the Employment-Labor Law Auditô (ELLA ), the nationís leading HR auditing and employment practices risk assessment tool.

The two-day, four-session Webinar series was attended by more than 150 participants, representing over 60 iCIMS client companies. Presentations by both Adler and iCIMS Account Management experts gave iCIMSí customers an opportunity to learn more about the EEOCís regulation changes and also offered Best Practices on maintaining EEO compliance using iCIMSí Applicant Tracking Solution, iRecruiterô.

With more than 400 global clients leveraging its suite of Talent Management Solutions, iCIMS has taken its industry experiences and developed Best Practices, enabling the organization to serve as an educational resource to clients. iCIMSí EEO-1 Webinar is the latest offering from the companyís Customer Education initiative. Designed to foster collaboration between iCIMS clients, product experts, and industry leaders, the Customer Education program allows iRecruiter users to learn more about developments in the recruiting space and share Best Practices with others in the recruiting community.
